Wholesome You
Nourish instead of just feeding,
become the best version of yourself.

"The path to health leads through the kitchen, not the pharmacy." – Sebastian Kneipp
To get straight to the point, I’m not a fan of temporary, radical diets.
Extreme deprivation of certain nutrients, such as carbohydrates, is not only demotivating but also unlikely to lead to long-term success. Meal plans can be helpful for conveying basic ideas and providing inspiration. However, by the day after tomorrow, when you have absolutely no desire for the prescribed potato-leek soup but force it down anyway, washing it down with fennel tea, you mentally discard the plan. You then start looking forward to the day when this dietary ordeal is over, hoping that at least the scale will show some short-term success—after all, you paid for it. Does this scenario sound familiar? It does to me!
I want to equip you with solid knowledge about healthy eating so that you can make independent decisions in the future and create nutritious, delicious meals based on your own preferences. With just a little basic knowledge, this is much easier than you might think!
Worldwide, and especially in the Western world, we have strayed far from our natural, healthy way of eating—driven and sustained by multi-billion-dollar industries and advertising. The consequences are record-high levels of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, chronic inflammation, obesity, and lack of energy. Even Switzerland, despite its healthy image, is no exception. Anyone relying on politics to solve this issue will be disappointed; a quick look at the sponsor lists of relevant institutions and official publications makes that clear.
Today, it has become almost impossible to form a clear picture of what constitutes a truly healthy diet, let alone implement one. Not only are unhealthy food options disproportionately available and omnipresent, but even countless so-called “healthy” foods are filled with hidden traps that are all too easy to fall into. And when the time comes—whether by choice or necessity—to seek information, the overwhelming number of conflicting theories and opinions can leave you feeling lost.
That’s why my primary goal is to equip you with the right training and knowledge to develop sustainable, enjoyable eating habits for long-term, independent success—without expensive supplements (with one exception).
Why should you believe me? You shouldn’t! Instead, by measuring key health markers like amino acids, trace elements, and cholesterol levels before and after adapting your eating habits, you’ll see the effects of different foods for yourself. Your body provides the most honest—and the only truly relevant feedback.
