About Me

Hello, I'm Lorena – a happy wife, mother of two, and passionate food lover. My fascination with nutrition started early, as I grew up in a family of innkeepers where good food was always an important part of my life. While it initially centered around taste and pleasure, over the years, I discovered just how much our diet influences our well-being.

After many years of experimenting, learning, and discovering, I’ve found a way of eating that not only excites me culinarily but also gives me energy and promotes good health. Since 2019, my husband and I have primarily followed a whole-food, plant-based diet – a decision that has proven to be just right for us.

I love creating new recipes, continuing my education in nutrition, and sharing my knowledge with others. If you're looking for a way of eating that truly suits you, I’d be happy to accompany you on that journey – without pressure, but with plenty of joy and enjoyment! 😊

Additional Training in Vegan Nutrition during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding, for Mother and Child.

IU Internationale Hochschule

Bachelor Ernährungswissenschaften

Currently training to become a nutrition scientist, with 150 ECTS credits completed, paused due to pregnancy.
